On Monday, Apple has sent to the developer who have subscribed to Apple Developer Program the final version of Mac OS X Lion Mountain.

Mac OS X Mountain Lion is now Gold

A new email sent by Apple to developers invites them to submit their application compatible with Mountain Lion, according to information from Mac Rumors. In this email, the developers are also invited to submit their iOS applications (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) which take advantages of Mountain Lion new features, such as the Groups in the Game Center.


Mac OS 10.8 Mountain Lion will soon be available this July for 19.99$ only on the Mac App Store. You must have at least Mac OS X Lion (10.7) to upgrade to Mountain Lion. Another good news, customers who have purchased a Mac after June 11, 2012, thus before the official release of Mountain Lion, will receive a free upgrade to Mountain Lion when it becomes available to the public.

Make your apps take advantage of the great new features in OS X Mountain Lion, the World 's most advanced operating system ships to millions of Customers worldwide. Download OS X Mountain Lion GM seed and Xcode 4.4 GM seed, now available on the Mac Dev Center. Build your apps with the latest seeds, test and submit for review.

You can also submit your iOS apps that take advantage of the new cross-platform Game Center Groups, so they'll Be available when OS X Mountain Lion ships.
